St. Peter Upon the Water's primary role is to offer a 3-year formation program for spiritual directors. 

This program forms participants  who have discerned a call to the ministry of spiritual direction.  To date, four formation cycles have been completed, with over 120 women and men successfully finishing the program. 

Formation Cycle 5 got underway at our Ingram Centeron 9/14/18,
with 45 participants beginning their journey.
